Japanese wife denying me from entering our home

I'm a foreigner, lives in Tokyo and who has spouse visa for few more years and went on work abroad for a period and that period ended when arriving back to our living place in Japan.

I want to know what should I do legally as I were physically attacked and recorded it, showed to police while they refuses to let me file report or help me and actually chose wife (local) side immediately trying to make me sign bizarre stuffs (I refused) I won't try to get back home and threatening me if I'll try.
This whole thing seems unjustified and illegal to me I'm looking for advices of what I should legally do at this point?
