Hello everyone - I recently imported a van from Japan to the US and it came with the following 2 stickers. Can anyone help me with what they say? The first one is pretty cool looking. The second one I assume is some sort of parking sticker from 2010. Thank you in advance for any and all help.

The first picture is an amulet of Tsubaki Grand Shrine for traffic safety.

The second one is a mark for proof of garage space certificate, issued by Tenpaku police office in Nagoya city, Aich prefecture. The number is just a serial number, not a date or something.

Thank you, Toritoribe. You have been very kind to help.

So the first one is essentially a good luck charm for cars received from the Tsubaki Grand Shrine (which looks to be one of the oldeset shrines in Japan)?

Like the last one in the link below and the attached image?
