Japanese script on an antique wooden bowl

Hi

I'm hoping someone here can help with translating what is written on a quite large burl wood bowl.
There are 15 or so characters incised into a flattened panel on the left of it.
The dish section has a woman holding a sun shade, a basket or a net perhaps?
The patina of the bowl would indicate that it has some age.

Any help greatly appreciated and thanks in advance

Japanese Art Buyō Katsushika
Ochiai Ōga(or Taiga) Noritsugu

Buyō is another name of Edo, and Katsushika is the name of a region in Edo/Tokyo.
I think Ochiai is also a location name here, but it can be a surname.
Ōga/Taiga Noritsugu would be the artist's name or owner's name.

What she has in her hand would be a conical rain hat(kasa) since she wears a rain coat (mino).

Looks like a kind of obon, i.e., tray to me.
