^^ Thats very true. Although the high school girls like to wear the skirts shorter. I think the rule at my school is no longer than knee height, but they dont get up them for having it too short.

Lets just note that elementary (11 and under) schools have salior suits and uniform, high schools generally dont (it looks it but it aint).

As for the peeking stuff... well, I don't know if they do it on purpose, but I hope they will still have those uniforms when I get to visit Japan.
