Got this rare bag from around 1942.
Its coming from a prisoner camp in Indonesia.
I'm so curious to know whats written on it, and what kind of bag it is...

Hope someone can help me here,

Greets Jan~

長野市東町角
小妻寛商店
電話 長野三五五番

Nagano-shi Higashi-machi Kado (address)
Ozuma Hiroshi Shōten (the name of a store)
Denwa Ngano 355 (telephone number)

The second picture is Daikoku-ten. I don't know what the bag is for.

What's the 金-looking thing above 小妻?

It's most probably the logo of the store. It would be pronounced かねしょう[Kaneshō] or かねまさ[Kanemasa]. (The kanji under the radical (ひとやね) is 庄.)
