Japanese Judo teacher

Hello guys.
I am looking for a Judo instructor, no matter the age (let's say at least 23 yo), available to teach in a BJJ centered gym in the North of Italy, a few km's from Milan.
Any region of the World will be ok. I don't need any world champion, but a proper trainer, who can work in the gym a couple of times a week.
It is more about the possibility to make a new experience than money, I want to be honest, but we will take care of his necessities

You might also consider reaching out to the Kodokan in Tokyo, the All Japan University Judo Federation, or some of the Judo clubs at Japanese universities.

Since you are looking for a Judo instructor to work in a BJJ-centered gym, I think Japan could be a particularly good place to find someone. There are many university Judoka and young instructors with strong Judo backgrounds who may be interested in gaining international coaching experience.

The Kodokan is a particularly good place to ask, as it is the traditional center of Judo in Japan and has many Judoka from both Japan and overseas. The All Japan University Judo Federation may also be able to help you reach university Judo clubs and students who are interested in opportunities abroad.

I would also mention that the position is at a BJJ-focused gym. Some Judoka may already have an interest in BJJ, or may be very interested in learning about BJJ while sharing their Judo knowledge. The combination of Judo and BJJ could make this a very attractive opportunity for a young Judoka.

It might be worth contacting these organizations directly and asking whether they could share your offer with Judoka who might be interested.
