A self-driving transport service has launched in Tokyo's Odaiba district. Operated by Monet Technologies, a joint venture that includes Toyota and SoftBank, the free service will run until mid-March. The initiative aims to educate the public and gather data for future commercial operations. Passengers can reserve rides free of charge via a dedicated app.
