Japanese Chef/Business Partner

Konnichiwa all,
I am a Canadian, established Restaurateur looking for a Japanese partner to open an Italian restaurant in Tokyo/Sendai/Chiba/Yokohama. I am looking to move to Japan but do not fully speak Japanese yet. Just putting out the feelers. Met with a few people last visit via LinkedIn but no luck. Let's see if this site gets me some interest.

Unfortunately (as you might tell from looking around), this is primarily a place to discuss Japanese language, culture, current events, etc. in English. There are some Japanese natives here, but only a few, and none of them (to my knowledge) are professional chefs/restaurateurs. I suspect you'd probably have more luck on an international cooking-related forum or social media.
