The auction in at Auction Ninja (US) an it closes on 6-13-2024 at about 7pm EST. An export piece that arrived in France in the 1880's and was modified by a French silversmith with the band and sold. Somehow it wound up in New England area, and I bought it. The silversmith was in business in Paris from about 1880-1920 or so, confirming the dates of the piece. Here
