By the way, NANGI, tutor on this thread, gave me an explanation of the Japanese suffix of "miya" ("Imperial villa" or "Shinto shrine").. In all my un-scientific and non-academic touristy research, I let my imagination wander and try to make the plausible ??? connection of the name "Ja-Mi-ya-ka" with both the originators (Egyptian maybe?) and even possibly the Asian cultures...

Now, please don't feel you have to believe any of my theories... but a plausible Egyptian translation of "Ja-mi-ya-ka" might be...

"Imperial Home of Jah", as in the ancient, ancient moon God "Yah", or the creator God... Eeee-yah, (who knows?)

For the moment, please feel free to laugh at my conclusions, and enjoy Montego Bay with my son Jimmy Z. and his "best friend", Julia, and all the beautiful people they met.

By the way, your comments reminded me of my all time life ambition, now,... too late to take advantage of it...

I wanted to be the massage guy on that Jamaica beach, giving a body-oil rub to all the beautiful women!

And maybe, the all time greatest job in the world, is to be a Greek beach bum on some Greek Island, meeting and greeting all the sexy tourists who visit for a few days... do some monkey business, catch a tan, then leave.

I wanted to be THAT MONKEY!

One guy told me..."It was too, too much. It was like falling in and out of love every two days, with different people, I couldn't take it."
