i think that "yo" is just suffix.

There is no such word as "ganbari" either.

like I said before this is the dark side of subtitled materials.... we dont care about tense or somthing ...all we need is just to understand whats going on in anime/movie...

If you don't care about getting things wrong, then at least don't try telling others how to learn. They'll end up with the same screwed up mistaken ideas about Japanese that you have. Tense DOES matter. You're not watching an anime here; you're talking to real people.

Ganbatte is more polite than Ganbare Probably just politeness factor each one of them used to encouragement or suggestion.
Ganbarou = banzai like we say ﾂ"Ganbarou algeria!ﾂ" (Hang in there, algeria!). Let's do our best .

There is a very large difference between "ganbare" and "ganbarou", and it has almost nothing to do with the politeness factor.

You seem to be very dismissive of "politeness" in Japanese. There is a reason there are different levels of saying things in Japanese....it is because the society/culture REQUIRES them. It means people are keenly aware of the differences between them and pay attention to them. At the very least, you don't go around using the COMMAND form of verbs to people you have no business giving commands to. Maybe if you actually studied a little Japanese in a proper manner instead of aping what you see on cartoons you could use it in a way that doesn't make you look stupid.
