It takes more effort to read Romanized Japanese and we could overlook things

You did not make any mistake I think. If I am to point out something, then entering a high-school at age of 10 needs some elaboration because Japanese schooling system consists of 6 years or primary, 3 years of middle, and 3 years of high school: People might think that you entered 10th form directly, skipping 3 years. Probably it won't happen in your class room though.

The place name should be "Pampanga no Porac de".

"tomo ni" sounds very polite but it is OK.
You can replace it with "issho ni", which is a little more colloquial.
(I'm not sure about the situation where this self-introduction is to be made, so it is up to you. )
