Is this sentence translation correct?

Hey everyone, you all know I'm a beginner for the most part and this sentence has given me some problems.

日米両国間の経済関係について話させていただきます。

Now does it mean "(I'm) going to take the liberty of speaking about the America-Japan economic relationship between both countries." ?

In "日米両国間" would it mean 'between both America and Japan' or what? Because wouldn't it directly translate as "American-Japan between both countries" ?

And the 'について' refers all of that to mean "regarding/concerning the economic relationship between both countries kind of talk I'm going to accept you letting me do"...so '話させて' is hanasu's conditional right? it's not hanashi+suru's conditional form right? Cause I don't even think that exists?

日 Japan
米 America
両 both/two
国 country/countries
間 between/among
So it is translated as "between Japan and America", and by adding
の, it modifies 経済関係 economic relationship

～について means about/regarding/concerning _____.
～させていただく might be a bit complicated.
～させる is to let [someone/something] do____.
～いただく is polite form of もらう. いただく means to get/receive something from someone higher than you.
～させていただく is a very polite way to say you do something or you are going to do something.
