Is it easy to get a minimum wage job in Japan?

I am half-japanese, yet do not speak any Japanese. How difficult would it be to attain a minimum wage job in Japan for me, would you say? My dream is to live inside of an internet cafe (if I won the lottery, I would still live in Internet Cafe)...unlimited access to the comic books, free showers, sometimes laundry service, and all the soda I can drink are very enticing to me. It's the optimal otaku life style on a budget.
