How many postings I need to do before I can post a new article with some URL (links) to other sites in it?
This is not mentioned in the Forum help !

It would be a good idea to make quality posts, instead of just trying to get your post count up. If you're just here to post an article and split, just post it without the urls and don't bother cluttering up the rest of the site.
