I am planning a 4/5 weeks trip to Japan in July/August with my husband and I need some help.
I have a few questions:
1 II still have to buy my tickets.Shall I buy a return ticket Amsterdam-Tokyo,or an open jaw Tokyo--Fukuoka or Tokyo-Kagoshima?
Or travelling from the south to the north,first Kagoshima and finish in Tokyo?
The return ticket Ams-¡ Tokyo is 275€ cheaper,but then I have to return to Tokyo by train.
2 Is Kagoshima worth visiting?
3 How do I fit in a 3 week railpass,or are seperate traintickets a better option?
4 We would like to spend a few days on a beach along the trip,if possible after each 3/4 days sightseeing .Does anyone knows if this is possible?
5 Is it hurricane season in August in the south?
