Input right to left help

I was trying to find a way to input Japanese right to left since Japanese IME (I have Windows XP SP3) defaults from left to right.

Does anyone know how to make it go from right to left?

Why would you want to write from the right to left? Do you mean vertically? (up to down)

If so, you can't write like that on websites due to the code. (HTML, etc.)

I thought it would be easier to write reverse Japanese.
(As in verb first to the subject starter)

Writing the sentence in reverse would be counterproductive to your studies. Would you read all Japanese text backwards? Write all Japanese text backwards? It's not a study technique I would endorse.
