Good day every one!

I am looking for some voluntary support to find an important person in Japan, so, please, listen what is the story, and please help me in this investigation!

In the summer of 1973 when Greeks were fighting for their freedom, the modern HERO at the time was NIKOS XYLOURIS a singer performer from Crete.
He sang in performance staged in Athens at the Athenaion Theatre. The subject matter of that performance was the recent history of Greece. It was entitled "To megalo mas tsirko" (Our Grand Circus). His songs expressed the tense political climate of that period which culminated the fall of the Military Junta.

Some evening at that time it appeared a JAPANESE person with a biggish crew in the Athenaion Theatre and filmed the performance, BUT what actually this person filmed was meant to be very important for the modern Greek history! The only reference to that Japanese person is a name (which I don't even know how to pronounce). Mansaki Hanioura

I know you Japanese people are respectful to your culture and tradition and for that reason I believe you understand the importance of finding the person who shoot the footage of that event, and for this I call, EVERY ONE, if you could spread this message to all Japanese forums and medias (even in the newspapers if possible).

BELIEVE ME, you would make ALL Greek people a great gift (in their present difficult times) if this search will lead to finally spot this important footage! Please note, that even if the footage is deleted, it is good to know so I can stop looking! Actually, any information is welcome! This is the email you can contact me! [email protected]

Be well all you people in Japan and I thank you very much in advance!

A non-gaijin Greek

Grigoris
