hello...i'm new here..i'm from malaysia...stay for 3 days in nagasaki and will be in osaka on 27th sept....fly back to malaysia on 28th sept....what is the best place for shopping in osaka?..what about interest place?

hope everybody here can help me on this....

I don't know anything about shopping places but there are plenty of interesting museums and such. The 海遊館 (kaiyuukan) of Osaka Aquarium is worth checking out!

Check a tourist information center to get the Osaka pass that allows you to use the public transportation and to get into all the museums etc. without limit for a couple of days!
It pays itself back pretty quickly!

thank you for the information...what hard for me is japanese that i met only about 10% can speak english...i have to use sign language so that they can understand what i need....anyway...thank you once again

That is true but if you get into trouble, try writing it down in English. Most can understand that pretty well even if they dont get your speach.

I got excellent service in English at the tourist information center but at the universal studios the register couldn't understand "two students, please".

By the way, that's another fun place in Osaka but don't bother if you don't have lots of time!
Stuff about american movies all in Japanese.
