Im new here..and I need some serious help!!

Hey guys! Konnichiwa Yuki-chan desu! I'm new here and I just wanted to say hello before I ask you this. I am 14 and I have been looking everywhere for a program that would send me to Japan for a high school student exchange type thing. For a year, but anything else is good!! My b day is April 7, so its been kinda hard, I have been wondering if you guys knew any programs that would accept me even thought I have not turned 15 yet. My b day is kinda late for the Japanese school year. Onegai!! I need a lot of help. I would really like to start off 10 grade in Japan!! Thanks in advance!!
