Im havin a problem...

Maybe there's an easier way to do this; I didn't catch it. Alright, this is confusing, but some help would be great! I registered under the name Ortealius as you can see. Then I wanted to change It to Skylar, my name. So to do that, I had to put in my Yahoo e-mail. Wich I never use. So I could change the Ortealius user to the Yahoo account and change mine to the Hotmail e-mail account (the one I only use), But I couldn't do that because it says, "That e-mail is already in use if you forgot your password blah blah blah...." So then I thought I would go to the Skylar account, put in a fake email, then go to Ortealius, put in the yahoo one, Then go back to Skylar and put in the Hotmail one... WHoa, this isn't very clear. I hope you know where I'm at right now... Anyways My Skylar account is frozen cause I entered an invalid e-mail. So I need that fixed, and you can go ahead and delete the Ortealius account if you want Cause I don't need it .......... Sorry for all the trouble and confusion. Any help would be great...

Heh. Nice try, but you'd need three valid emails for that to work*.

You start with ...
RegName1 : Email1
RegName2 : Email2

Then
RegName1 -> Email3
RegName2 -> Email1
RegName1 -> Email2

That way, at no point, do you have two accounts with the same email.

* I'm not recommending people do this to change their registered user name. Really.

Er, could you unfreeze it by entering a valid email? (I wouldn't know as I haven't got mine frozen in the first place).

This bites ... I guess I should have just left it the way it was. Cause I can't change anything under the name "Skylar" O well, I guess I'm just going to have to stick with this for the time being.
