Seeking I want to live in Japan and bring my family

My father's name Tatsuya Tsukamoto his birthday is August 29, 1938, not sure the year. live in Kobe born in Osaka Japan I lost all my letters and picture of my father I been in Japan in 2004 I go for tourist we been together even for a short days I want to know what happen to my father the thing I know he schedule for his operation that's why he wants me to go back to the if the operation is successful then. He will call me again and go back to Japan too with her but until now.

Do you have citizenship in the Philippines? I think Japan has a program where, if you can prove your father is Japanese, you may be able to get either Japanese citizenship or at least a family visa for Japan. (I do not think you can have Japanese citizenship and Philippine citizenship at the same time, but I am not sure of this.)
