Are you the person who is apologizing? If so, your apology is unacceptable and I would not accept it. If you are the perpetrator, you need to go through and describe all the emotional unhappiness (you) have caused. Until then, it would only be natural for people to continue to avoid (you). I also noticed (you) have also not asked people to display their anger towards (you) directly, and that (you) would be quiet, meek, and humble while they did.
In Japan, when a person engages in toxic behavior, it is automatically assumed the perpetrator has a toxic personality until they prove otherwise. And, in my opinion, this is how it should be. Have (you) told everyone (you) may have a toxic personality and that (you) are going to do something about it?
