I can't install the os because i don't undestand the error message ...

It says you have to enter a name--not ADMINISTRATOR or GUEST.

You can proceed only after doing it.

Thank you for the response but i can't proceed, must i use Japanese characters for user name ?

No Japanese characters necessary. Alphanumerical (half-width) characters should do.

Did you enter the name on the first line? The second line is optional (used for organization/company name).

If you still have problems, maybe you should go a few steps back and check if there is something wrong elsewhere?
