The first and second photos are the car navigation system in Japan, so I think you can have the navigation system installed, but it is useless even if you understand Japanese.
The third one is the system (probably a Toyota's genuine auto part) for the export model. Contact the local Toyota nearby.

Following site gives you a lot of info about the third-party parts for Land Cruiser 200 series, though it is in Japanese.

I cannot read Arabic, but this is probably Land Cruiser 200 in your country. And a display is perfectly installed in the car. Ask Toyota again what the display is for in your country.

I liked that in the Japanese car's, I have a CD to convert the language of the Japanese language into English for maps and The list , All I need access to this device to me

This is my opinion, but
1. Get information on the newest car navigation system by sony/pioneer/toyota or whoever in your country
2. Ask the shop in Japan if you can install the system with their kits
3. If yes, import them
