Hello, native English speakers,

Would it be possible to say either (a) or (b) with the same meaning ?
(a) I hope it won't rain tomorrow.
(b) I hope it doesn't rain tomorrow.

I think both sound ok and have same meaning.
 
mdchachi is right, although I would personally use "I hope it doesn't rain tomorrow". It comes more naturally to me.
