Hello, I love playing role playing games and one day I want to try to make some games to see if I'm good at it. Here's one idea for a game I thought of. The title of the game is "Moonlight" and it's a survival horror based game with a twist of fantasy. I want to post it here and see what everyone thinks of the idea and if they would play it or not. If they like it I'll give more of my ideas, if not then I'll shut-up and stop talking about it. 
The story is about a 23 year old woman named Lisa Barrot who lives by herself in her apartment. She has no friends or family except for her mother who lives in Florida and a cat named Mikey who she's had since she was 10 when she found him as a stray kitten. She's an attractive woman but doesn't get a lot of dates because she's shy. So Mickey is like her only family who she cares for. Anyways one day her cat gets outside and gets hit by a car and dies. Lisa is really upset and burries Mickey by an old tree in the woods. She kept his cat collar to remember him with. The next night while she's sleeping she hears a meow and wakes up to find Mickey on her bed. He hops off and she goes after him as he jumpes out the window. She follows him all the way into the woods where she burried him and finds herself lost in woods. She follows Mickey's sound from the bell on his collar into an old looking house that looks familar to her but she can't remember exactly where she saw it. As she steps inside she hears growling noises in the dark and shines her flashlight around to see glowing cat eyes. She makes her way into the kitchen of the house and picks up a large butcher knife to protect herself. She then hears something come from behind her and sees a huhe cat-like creature kind of like a warewolf but with a cat's head. It chases her and attacks her but she manages to stab it and it dies. She's shocked by the monster and what she has done. Anyways latter it becomes clear that the house is her old childhood home from when she was a little girl. In the darkness of her memories she has to follow her Cat Mikey to see what he wants and where he's trying to lead her and why. You can follow his blood paw prints and hear his bell when something is near. She also meets a mysterious handsome man named "Mike" who saves her a few times. He claims that he can't remember who he is or how he got into this world but he has a thing for Lisa.
Anyways the story is extremly long. Lisa has to follow Mikey through a few areas from her forgotten childhood and fight monsters that were either created by Mikey or her imagination. There's her home, the woods, her school, and other places but the last level is the Moon. Not the way the moon really looks but a fantasy world created by the memories of young Lisa with her cat. Lisa use to pretend that she was a space warrior princess and that Mikey was her pet alien and side kick. These were the happiest and favorite memories of Mikey. Now Mikey was in love with his owner and in his world splited into a human form so that he could be with Lisa but his human form doesn't realise who he is or why he likes Lisa until the end. Mikey has created a nightmarish world with some of Lisa;s good and bad memories such as her fear of her abusive drunk father(Who appears as a boss).
Now these are some enemies I've come up with. I'll need to make more if anyone wants to give suggestions they can.
Cat creatures: Forms of vicious cat beasts who like to scratch and mess up things. These are like the "people" in Mikey's world but were created violent and savage.
Boogy men: These creatures Lisa was afraid of that lived in the dark. They have the bodies of spiders with long human arms and goblin faces with sharp teeth. Their eyes glow red too. The light from the flashlight can scare them. There's different forms of boogy men.
Bullies: Kids who were mean to Lisa as a child, but don't look like human children. instead their faces are warped and their bodies are bigger then average children. They can punch you and kick you and will sometimes grab on to you and laugh with creepy childish laughter.
Now here's a few bosses.
Mr.Barrot: The memory of Lisa's father who was sent to prison for manslaughter. He drunk a lot and whenever he got angry he would hit Lisa badly. There were times when he could be loving though, he's the one who said Lisa could have Mikey when her mother said No. He screams and cusses and throws things around and is armed with a long snake-like object that resembles the belt he use to beat her with.
Big dog: A huge dog from her memories that lived next door. To her it look like a big dog with sharp teeth and could swallow her whole. Mikey was also afraid of this dog.
Mikey: In the very end you have to fight Mikey as a boss. He wants Lisa to stay with him forever but she wants to go back to the real world and he gets angry thinking she wants to forget him. So the humsn Mikey and the cat Mikey combine together to create a demonic creature that tries to kill Lisa. The only way to kill it is to steal the bell and throw it over the ledge. This causes the world to fall apart and the two forms of Mikey split and hold on to a ledge. Here's your chance to get 3 endings.
First ending: This is the bad ending. You choose to run away without helping either the cat or human Mikey and they call to her to please not go. Then Lisa wakes up in bed and picks up the bell collar next to her and starts crying because she now knows that without her cat she really is alone now.
Second ending: If you rescue the human form of Mikey he aplogizes to Lisa saying it was selfish of him to want to keep her to himself. He allows her to escape and move on with her life. Latter Lisa goes to the park and sits alone when a man goes up to her who looks similar to the human form of Mikey and says "Hi".
Third ending: You rescue the cat form of Mikey and Lisa feels bad for what she did by throwing his collar away. She promises that she'll stay with him because she loves him. She kisses him on the nose and her body transforms into a beautiful white colored cat. The two live forever on the moon.
Now after you beat the game you can unlock some bonus costumes and weapons. Here's the extra costumes.
Halloween costumes: Lisa wears a black dress with a witches hat and Mikey has on a pair of bat wings.
"Lisa's Memories": You play Lisa as a little girl and Mikey becomes a kitten.
Switch: Lisa wears a cat suit with a tail and ears and Mikey wears a jacket and tie.
Space Princess Warrior: Lisa wears a super hero space costume with a crown and Mikey transforms into a cute little furry alien with 3 big eyes.
Now here's some bonus weapons you get with the costumes. They're more powerful then they look.
Witch outfit: Broom.
Kid outfit: Wooden stick.
Cat outfit: Fish.
Space princess outfit: Laser gun.
So what does everyone think of this? Is it too strange?
