Are they gonna deliver it again or not? And i want to contact the Japan post but they only have local contact! and I know no one there. is my shipment will be lost?

You have to take this up with the forwarding company, but it would be normal procedure to re-deliver after prior arrangements. This is a long weekend here in Japan (Monday being a public holiday), but there should be someone to contact at their office.

The normal procedure for failure to deliver in Japan is that you get a card in your letter box telling you that they were unable to deliver, and you can phone a free number to arrange a convenient delivery time. If you didn't get such a note, then maybe they didn't deliver and it's best to wait a day or two.
