Hello guys, how are doing?

I have purchase vehicles from that named company I Corporation Japan, since September 2021 up to date they didn't ship. Is the company legit?

Could you post more information, URL, contacts, correspondence, etc. and describe your case?

Ok, in short i knew this company through one of the sales person who moved from sbtjapan.com to this company. Because he had my contacts he introduced me to this new company.
So initially i order toyota rav4, they shipped the vehicle...then toyota runx they shipped also.

After that i ordered 4 units as attached list below, since then they didn't ship instead of promising only. In November they promised to ship and deliver the car in December. But they deceived, because after they promised to ship no any updates where given from them. At the end of the day they promised shipping agin on 16th January this year and deliver on 16th February. But up to now no any updates inform of information and whey i ask they they ask me to keep on waiting,. Am afraid for sure because it seems to be the same situation as previously when they deceived me. So what is your help?

So they have shipped, and you have already received two cars? Have you rung them up and talked to them directly?

The addresses of their offices in Japan and Bangladesh are a little off. According to Google Maps, their address in Toyama is 781-1 Takagi, Imizu, Toyama 939-0021, which seems to be a private residence, but it could be their registered corporate address. They also posted their SMBC bank details, which seems to be a business account.

The shipped car is out of that list. First business was those two units toyota rav4 2008 model and toyota runx 2003 model. But the last 4 units have not yet shipped, and according to their promise the car was shipped 1n 16th January. But what scares me is that no any single document has sent to me to confirm the shipment, every day they reply on WhatsApp massage to keep waiting. Thats why i found this link to ask on how to force them to give me latest information or what to do because its too long since we made payment.

Did you try contacting the sales person you knew? Maybe he can help you find out what's going on.
