The above two are OK though when in informal speech 仕事をしている／働いている would be used more commonly, and usually の at the end of the sentence.

この会社でいつから働いているの？
＊＊＊ではいつから仕事をしているの？
for instance.

I just have a feeling that none of them sound *quite* right - google translating these gives an answer that doesn't sound entirely correct.
