"How long have you been working?"

This is something I always struggled to work out how to say.

Basically "When did you start working?" or "How long have you been working for...*company*?"

Would any of the below make sense? -

いつから会社に勤めている?
どのぐらい会社に勤めている?
いつ会社開始?

I just have a feeling that none of them sound *quite* right - google translating these gives an answer that doesn't sound entirely correct.

いつから***会社に勤めている?since when?
どのぐらい***会社に勤めている? how long?

The above two are OK though when in informal speech 仕事をしている/働いている would be used more commonly, and usually の at the end of the sentence.

この会社でいつから働いているの?
***ではいつから仕事をしているの?
for instance.

いつ会社開始?
sounds more like when does the company start? (i.e. when the business hour starts?)
 
And どのぐらい is fine with the above sentences also. Or いつ働き始めたの(か)?etc if you are looking for a specific date.

この会社でいつからどのくらいの時間を費やしたの? How much time have you spent at that company ?
