How is と used in these lyrics

I was reading the lyrics of the song here - 小さな手のひら 歌詞 and I can't figure out what's the purpose of と in this case.

遠くで 遠くで 揺れてる稲穂の海
帆上げ 帆上げ 目指した想い出へと
僕らは 今日までの 悲しいこと全部
覚えてるか 忘れたか
