How do you say "make + adjective" in Japanese

How do you say something like: "He makes it clear"? I thought it could be made by something like a causative form of an adjective or something, but I haven't really seen any forms like that. So could someone help me?

The に replaces the な.

To express causing:

The problem starts from the English version. That's where the flaw is. As long as you directly translate,, the flaw comes with it.

The book can make studying Japanese easier, or it can make Japanese easier to understand. But I don't think it could make the studying of Japanese easier to understand. I didn't notice the sloppiness in it until I tried to figure out why the Japanese version seemed awkward, though.

Would you normally say "makes studying Japanese easier to understand" in English? The thing that is easy or difficult to understand is the content, not the study process.

Try something like:
"This book makes Japanese grammar easy to understand."

(for "easier" you'd need a further modifier, e.g. もっと分かりやすくする)

Is that becasue of the は? should it be では。 because it is showing the use of the book?

You need an を in place of the が.

I've noticed in other places you seem to have trouble with when to use を versus some other particle. Go back and review it, if necessary. It is a rather critical point.

I thought the verb 分かる ｗas an intransitive verb which took the が particle?

We are not using the verb 分かる here, though. This pattern is formed from an adjective, 分かりやすい and the verb する.

compare, e.g. 分かりやすく説明する or 分かりやすく教える

I get the last half (although 毎年 and いつも clash...the いつも is inherent in the 毎年), but don't get the first half.

新幹線は長野に旅行しやすくするので、毎年あそこ行きます. Since shinkansen make it easier to travel to Nagano, I go there every year.

I'm no expert, but I really think your example would work better with なる than する. You might also need a double particle.

新幹線のおかげで長野への旅行がしやすくなっている

Thanks to the shinkansen, it's now easier to travel to Nagano.
That sounds so much better. I haven't had much exposure to おかげで. I have really only used it with...
