How can I create an ezweb.ne.jp email address?

Hello there,

I'm trying to use an application on my phone, but it requires me to register using what I'm guessing is a cell phone email address. The options are softbank, docomo and ezweb.ne.jp and since I am on AU, I thought perhaps the last one is what I would use.

I'd like to ask if anyone knows how I can create an email address for my phone?
