How can I cancel my OCN Sim Card ?

Hi

I have purchased a OCN mobile one SIM card 30 mb internet card (OCN Mobile ONE | OCN) , they take every month money from my bank account and because now I am not in Japan anymore I would like to cancel it.

I wrote them a mail and they don't answer.

On the page above is written that I should send the card back to them to cancel the contract, but I shall also follow some instructions which are written only in Japanese :/

I dont know what to do now, can anyone give me a advice how I can cancel this service?? Thank you

Why didn't you cancel your SIM card while you were still in Japan?

Have you tried to call them?
