The most I'm able to do today is listen to his music, today has turned into a really really busy day.

And because it's hide's b-day I thought it would be nice to post this kid covering Flame.


It is soo beautifull it makes me happy, that such a young kid can do this so good and respectfull.
 
That kid is so cute... and really good at the guitar!


I'm sure hide would be proud if he could see someone that young playing his music.

I've also been listening to his music the whole day...and my cousin, my mom and I kinda sung happy birthday with ice-cream?...I wanted to have a cake and all but I got this huge headache...that went away after I started listening to hide's music!!
 
Happy Birthday to Hide!

I wore my make up like Hide and my "Hide" hat all day for this special ocassion I'm afraid that's all I could do asides from listening to his music all day, but next year me and my friend will plan something big!

It's the hat he wore in a photo with his Pineapple jacket... the purple, red and yellow one, (or atleast thats what the colours looked like to the friend who made it), with the two tassles comming from the "corners" of the hat.
I'd give a better description but my mind is going blank and I can't post pictures yet
 
argh I'm at a loss... I will have to wait for you to post pictures... my mind is failing me after working for 9 hours... and google is failing me even more!
 
I remember now! hide wore the hat in PV for Goodbye. Sorry for taking so long to remember
 
Ahhh that hat! I can understand the difficulty with describing now! It is a good hat! I never realised how often hide actually wore hats until trying to think of them... he did wear them quite often... and they were good hats! Perhaps he had hair issues after dying it so often!

That song is so beautifull, and I´m glad they did not put in another guitarist and show hide´s guitar.
I think it is his prettiest guitar.

And I have to say in those videos on youtube Heath looks hot!!
 
OMG I just watched the previews and I was crying when I saw hide's guitar... I really like how they did not change guitarist too...

I'm glad they didn't get a new guitarist too... in the copy of Fools Mate I have theres a double page thing on X... at the top theres all the members with their instruments written. They use the same picture for hide, and still include him.

hide memorial summit. Credit to JaME (as always! lol)

Recently, at a press conference held in Tokyo, further details about the hide memorial summit were revealed. Present at the press conference were YOSHIKI (X JAPAN), Ryuichi Kawamura (LUNA SEA), Takanori Nishikawa (TM Revolution), the band members of Maximum The Hormone and Hiroshi Matsumoto, hide's younger brother. There were also representatives of the charities hide used to support: a bone marrow transplant and a breast cancer charity. The host of the evening was TOSHI of X JAPAN.

The hide memorial summit will be held on Saturday May 3rd and Sunday May 4th at the Ajinomoto Stadium.

The line-ups for both concerts have been announced, revealing quite interesting names:

May 3rd: hide with Spread Beaver, T.M.Revolution, RIZE, DJ OZMA, Maximum The Hormone, hurdy gurdy, Phantasmagoria, Versailles, MarBell, and DaizyStripper.

May 4th: X JAPAN, LUNA SEA, Dir en grey, MUCC, D'espairsRay, The Underneath, oblivion dust, and heidi.


How much do I want to be there! But at the same time I'm glad I'm not going to be as it would just be too upsetting.
