hide cosplayers? Insane. I think only a few can pull off the pink hair look. That's pink hair only. There's still the trendy look of hide-sama. woah. tough factors. But if there's any pics of hide cosplayers, pls post! Curiousity is killing me!
Did any one see the Jonathan Ross Dir en grey interview? They show a picture of a random lot of cosplayers and somewhere there is a really good hide cosplayer... I'll have to try and find it! Ok good cosplayer... bar the piercing... which cant be helped!!

There were two right CharismaticDeath eh? I saw two the first one at 1:53 and the second one at 3:10. The one at 3:10 is a bit close up, but she has red hair and a bindi like the ones hide use to wear.
I find it annoying how they dubbed their voices so cartoony! Especially the girls, Die's and Kyo's dubbed voices weren't so bad.
I wanted to cos-play as hide for the anime convention in my city two weekends back and but my boss said I couldn't dye my hair pink!!! I should have just gotten a wig...
CharismaticDeath If your hair is such a mess can you imagines hides hair! It looked so awesome though,like always. I wonder what his secret was? I read somewhere that he was going bald or something. I don't believe it but my gosh he always had it liked dyed some funky colour or pink!

Gazerocks I'd say the third one is better... mainly because that is a harder era to pull off. They have the right face shape aswell... which isn't often the case.
Kikyos_Souls I know... I hate the dubbing too... they would have been better to sub it. Or get someone to dub it who didn't speak like a retard attempting to do a Jap accent!
I dread to imagine the state hide's hair was in... he must have just had it perminantly like that... although how he kept it clean god only knows... maybe he had some kinda dry clean for hair method.
My hair is only just recovering being pink from hide cos-play moment. The annoyin thing is the dye seems to have come out at different rates at different times. The top of my hair is back to normal, there is just a small patch in the middle that is pink... goin into blonde... which has a kind of fire like effect... it's very strange. Damn hair dye and its lack of making sense!

Actually, I wasn't comparing on their face shapes, was focusing on the lips =x hide's lips are quite thin. WHen he doesn't smile, it's sorta like grim. ok, But i guess everyone looks like that when they don't smile. HAHA!
I thought I spotted a Hide cosplayer at Miyavi's concert in Germany when we where waiting outside to get in if anyone knows who that was please post pics...
Go for it. I know people goin to Japan... and goin to J-rock concerts... it's very unfair!! Although I'm not doin too badly at seeing J-rock bands... I've seen Despairs Ray, MUCC, Dir en grey... and soon Gazette! ^_^

I think they are both really good, the cosplayers. I mean they both have their strong and weak points. They both look like hide to me. Of course I would be able to tell that they weren't...haha.../end

Gazerocks yeah J-rock gigs are awesome... so much better than watching DVD footage... There is a lot of time yet.. .before I finished my A-levels I'd not seen any J-rock bands either... actually I don't think any had done proper gigs in this country!! I think BLOOD played an anime con but that's about it... I missed that one but one of my friends went.
Kikyos_Souls I agree about the cosplayers... They are never perfect... but it's impossible to look perfectly like someone else... and to be quite honest... would be scary if someone did!!
If someone looked exactly like someone else it would be like "....!!??" I'd just think I was hallucinating if I saw an exact-lookalike Jrock cosplayer
Or I'd jump on them. But then if I really did bump into say, Miyavi or Kyo in the street I'd probably go "Holy sh*t you look EXACTLY like Miyavi!"
Yeah jumping on them would probably be my reaction... after I'd recovered from the shock... and done a millions double takes!
Gazerocks yeah I'm in Malaysia atm... my dad lives here so I come out every summer... I wana get out here for Christmas too this year... I'm bored of English Christmas... it's always the same!
A levels weren't fun for me either... I started of tryin to do too many subjects... was doin badly in one of them so eventually had to drop it... so far I'm finding degree work much easier...
I don't think Malaysia celebrates Christmas...it's a country made up of predominantly Muslims. hehs. So it might not be as fun as English Christmas.
