Hi, I am new to this forum. I've been to Japan (Tokyo and Kyoto ) three years ago and thoroghly enjoyed my stay. I love Japanese food (ramen, especially).

I like ramen, too. The instant brand with thick fat noodles and clear broth a bit on the not side, with green onion and maybe a raw egg or two ?
I still haven't tried the original ramen with pork based soup...right! this in not a ramen thread...excuse me.
