well this is the members intros section, over there past the chit chat misc id the site administration section, then that way leads to the non-english bit, (japanese, german, french and italian.) the path opposite that leads to the general japanese bit, faq and all, recipes over in the corner. over here we have pop culture and finally behind you is the news section.

that's just the reputation meter.. people give you reputation points by clicking the scale and accepting the posts..
I finally figured it out from jeisan* gives rep points*
get more rep and your little green block next to your post count will add up and change to brighter greens
