Tim's Takamatsu is an excellent online reference for verbs and the various suffixes (or at least it used to be many years ago. I don't know what's in vogue these days.) It's all in romaji, but he also has a book version that includes kana/kanji.
I can't post the full URL as a second-class citizen, but try pasting this in:
timwerx.net/language/jpverbs
or just google "Tim Takamatsu"
He uses the "Base X" method (*) of verb classification which I am partial to and it sounds like you're acquainted with since you use that word in your post. All the base x + suffix sections are listed on one page so it is easy to find what you're looking for.
(*) e.g. base 2 insead of "the masu stem", base 3 instead of "the dictionary form" -- much easier when taking notes.
