Help with translation

I'm trying to fill out an order form & translate some words that either don't work with the online translator or too difficult to determine the English meaning when translated. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
1) ﾒ ｰ ﾙ ｱ ﾄ ﾞ ﾚ ｽ
2) ふりがな (inclination?) note: not sure what this is asking for
3) 郵便番号の入力が不正です

That third one is a little odd, that entering a zip code would be illegal. Any context on it ?

And the furigana would be for kanji names -- not something the poster would need worry about.

You must be trying to fill out a form on the internet, aren't you? That would explain the postal code error you're getting in your question #3.

Do you know what furigana is? Japanese names are written in Chinese characters, as you may well know. The problem is that sometimes it's hard to read a name just by looking at the Chinese characters, so the furigana spot is the place where they write how to read their names. Same goes for addresses.

BTW, mail address refers to your email address.

Without knowing the actual site, I'll have to guess.....

Most likely the code entered didn't fit the format of Japanese postal codes. (Either 3 digits, or 3 digits followed by a dash and 4 more digits).

It may be that the place he is trying to order from doesn't accept orders from outside Japan. Our ability to be helpful is really hampered by the lack of information.

Thank you all very much for translating. I was able to complete the order form successfully. Although i did get an email regarding payment method. There's a part of the email that i don't understand fully. Can someone please clarify?

代引き発送にてご都合が宜しいようでしたら、その旨お 知らせ頂けますでしょう
か。
ご連絡をお待ち申し上げております。
何卒、宜しくお願い致します。

The online translator gave me this, "When at generation pulling dispatch it seems that circumstances may, the effect you can inform, probably will be? We wait for communication. No soldier/finishing, we ask may"

Online translator in general is more likely to give you garbage than real translation, I'm afraid...

代引き発送 means you can receive the goods in exchange of money at the time of delivery to your door.
The above text says;

Could you please let us know if 代引き発送 is acceptable for you.
We are looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you very much.

I wonder if it is possible to use this payment system abroad (I mean, outside of Japan), and without the whole context, I'm not sure if this person or shop is offering alternative payment method.:?

Yes, that helped a lot. thank you very much. I have been using Altavista's BABELFISH for translation, which leaves a lot to be desired.
