Help with translation from small lacquer box, please.

Looking for some help with translating inscription to English. Many thanks!

 
Sorry for the translation tool. There might be some mistakes. On the left is "Bokusai", probably the name. I think it might be someone named "Iwaski Bokusai(岩城穆斎)". I can't read the lower part. I think it is an old Chinese character.
On the right side, I can recognize the middle one, "Sanzuki," but the rest is unreadable.
 
Right side is a date
丁卯三月製之 Made in March, year of the Rabbit (fire). Its a zodiac year. Could be 1987 or 1927 (or older, 60 year interval)

Left side could be indeed be 穆齊. The part below that is a monogram (花押). I don't think its Iwasaki Bokusai. I don't think he was a lacquer maker, and lacquer ages poorly unless its treated very gently.
