The CEO claims that he is able to help us in some medical services we need. He contacted us but we want to verify its authenticity so as we are not scammed.

All these companies are one-man operations. I am pretty sure they meet the legal requirements (he's listing bank details and license numbers); still, that doesn't say anything about the quality of his services, which I hope is better than his websites.

On their "profile" page, under "purpose," it says

System development, Web development, application development, VR/AR (XR) application development, VR video shooting, editing, offshore development, SEO.SEM, paid recruitment agency, accommodation business, etc. Advertising business using internet nut, mail order business, etc.

Their web presence does not give me confidence that they're legit, though there could be some other explanation I wouldn't give them my money.
