Help please

hey guys i am taking "the complete lessons" of off japanese.about.com i was just wondering, do websites and things like that use hiragana, kanji, or what? and how do you distinguish? does it just come with time? how long did it take you guys to learn? well time for some live action GTO and i will check this later!

Please look into buying some regular textbooks. They will take you through everything step-by-step and do a far better job than websites and people on forums will.

Totally agree. Websites and these forums are great for support material, but they will not teach you Japanese. If you want to learn it, take a college class (even good highschool class) or get the Genki book series.
