Hi!

I just purchased this in the store and i was looking for shirataki/konnyaku noodles. the lady said it was buc i just want ot be sure. Can i ask for help in reading the label? thhank you so muchj!!!!

J-Google says they're not exactly the same thing, as they use different plants for the flour they contain. However, you've already bought them so why not give them a try?

thank you and sorry for double posting! oh man! i was hoping it's shirataki. Only because i was looking for a low carb alternative to noodles and they say shiritaki is the best one!

It seems like it'd be pretty low-carb to me, as it's made from kudzu. Should be high-fiber, too, wouldn't you think? I'm just guessing, though.

food value of shirataki: food energy 6kcal/100g, carb 3g/100g, dietary fiber 2.9g/100g

food value of kuzukiri(boiled): food energy 135kcal/100g, carb 33.3g/100g, dietary fiber 0.8g/100g

Shirataki beats kuzukiri...

Sure, you could look it up, OR you could go by feel.
