Help Dutch guy (2?)

Hello everyone,

Well I've got an odd question I think. I found a japanese website: http://www.kenkoubanzai.jp/monitor/monitor0009.html here they sell some sort of soap that is called Mignon. A friend of mine is called Mignon and she would find it really great if I could get a bottle of it to The Netherlands. I really don't understand anything about the site, and when I had e-mail contact a few months ago they told me they didn't ship to other countries.
Nut now it has become a big deal for me, I really want to get her a bottle as a present (even if it's just the little box with an empty bottle). So I sent another mail, but now I didn't get an answer. So I hope someone here can help me. Maybe first to help me understand the site, but if it's possible maybe someone could buy a bottle and send it to me, or knows someone in Japan who might want to help me with that.

Huh, there was a reply here, but now it's gone. Someone had found two sites, but I wanted to say they were from different companies, one was a hairdresser or something and the other one sold perfume and stuff, but not the right one.
Is there someone else who could help me? Or maybe help me get in contact with someone from Japan, so that I can ask them to help me understand the site. Or maybe a Japanese forum where I can ask this?
