Im currently learning to write Hiragana, and i have learning to write it. But what/how do i go about learning to change it into english?

I'm not even sure if you can change Hiragana into English. You can translate the words but i'm pretty sure you can't do that.

Or maybe it's just a reading comprehension issue for me.

You need to learn the language...not just one part of the writing system.

It would be best if you could take a class, but you can self-study as well. I would suggest obtaining a proper beginners' textbook, together with any workbooks and audio materials available for it.

I'm confused by your question,are you trying to translate the words you're writing or learn the sounds?
