If anybody knows the Immigration layer near to TOYOHASHI and layer's web site address. I m a foeigner n living in japan for past 4 years. I urgently need to seek some legal adivice regarding my immigration matter. I m not good to speak Japanese so the English speaking layer is highly appreciated.
