Hi! My name is Eddie. I'm 19 years old, 1/2-Japanese, 1/4-English, 1/4-Finnish. I was born in Tokyo, and moved to England when I was 6, have grown up here ever since. Although I have been back to Japan on holidays and have some fun times in England I just don't feel quite at home here. An opportunity has arisen, that I have grabbed hold of, for me to return to Japan for an indefinite amount of time.
February 25th 2007, I will be headed out of Heathrow towards Narita airport. I have yet to completely freak out about this, but when the questions start flooding I'm sure you'll all see them on these forums.
The opportunity, unfortunately, was not a job offer. So with what money I will be able to save up by then, I will be searching for a job and a place to stay pretty much on arrival. Fun stuff! Let's hope this won't turn out as just one hell of an expensive holiday!
