Have you signed up for 2005's JLPT?

I've just signed up for level 3 and have full confidence in passing , but securing a good score may be a bit of a problem. I have 113 days to improve my weak listening skills (a real letdown in several past year practice tests).

The intimidating 2 kyuu is better left to 2006 because I'm not ready for it this year.

What level of the JLPT have you signed up / are going to sign up for this year? Also, is anyone planning to take the Kanji Proficiency Test (KPT) and if so, at which level? (I'm not taking the KPT in the near future).

I passed 2-kyuu some many years ago. I swore I'd take the 1-kyuu again one day, but only if I put in an ample amount of studying, which I have not, and won't for at least another year or so. Not even sure if they offer it in my new home state of Hawaii anyway.

How do you sign up for it? Can you write the test anywhere(I live in Canada)?

I think I should be able to pass the lv3 test, and probably can do about 50% of the lv2 so I'm not prepared for that yet...
