Happy Yule everyone!

Hope you all have a great Christmas/Yule celebrations and new year.

2008 has been an interesting year with its ups and downs but one thing I can say is I am coming to the end of the year a bit wiser than I started it off.

I have learning many things, some good, some difficult, some sad, some scary and some really amazing.

That was my year; how was everybody's?

I envy all of you having long holidays! The New Year holiday season for government offices and many companies in Japan is from Dec. 27 (Sat) to Jan 4 (Sun), but I think my holidays will only be the first 3 days of the New Year!

Wish you a merry Christmas from Quebec, Canada and a happy new year! For the next year, I wish that peace will be established everywhere in the world and hope that all cultures will be respected. We are living an economic crisis so I hope that everything will be fixed in 2009 and that everybody who lost their jobs will find a new one.

For this year, I would like to learn Japanese as a third language and hope I will succeed. I also hope that I'll improve in English faster than ever! I'm a native French speaker and my English is still poor.

Anyways, I'm only 16 years old so I consider that it's very good for my age.
